The biggest barrier to your success is your own inertia

Yep. It’s that simple.

You might believe otherwise. And I know you’re gonna try and tell me otherwise.

And it’s easy to get fooled because of your circumstances.

And so you go to war on the circumstances. Don’t know what I mean?

Just think of the most recent drama that’s been engulfing your life lately and the penny will drop.

The truth is, even if your circumstances are getting in your way, at a deeper level there will be something you’re not taking action on.

There will be something where inertia has got the better of you.

And once you see that, you can start fighting the right war.

So, with that said, how do you fight the war against inertia?

You adopt a warrior ethos.

As Stephen Pressfield says, “at a deeper level, the warrior ethos recognises that each of us, has enemies inside us. Vices and weaknesses like envy, greed, laziness, selfishness, the capacity to lie, cheat and do harm to others.”

Warriors are centred, strong and brave.

The can spot resistance at 100 paces.

They are self-reliant.

The do not look for quick fixes.

And they know what cause they’re fighting for.

Kinda like resilience + a shitload of courage, perseverance and staying power.
